Welcome to Canaan Place Homeowners Association website! Canaan Place is a wonderful family-oriented residential neighborhood community located in Daphne, Alabama.

This beautiful South Alabama community offers a friendly setting that is within 20 minutes of downtown Mobile, convenient access to Interstate 10, and just 40 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

Canaan Place has two entrances to the 163 home subdivision. The residents have access to the community pool and 6 acre pond filled with bass and bream. The membership dues for the neighborhood association are $800.00 per year. The public school system is zoned for Belforest Elementary, Daphne Middle School and Daphne High School. Canaan Place residents maintain this website to help keep neighbors connected with neighborhood news and events.
